This provides investors with alpha-generating investment opportunities beyond simple DYOR.


Investors can participate from the seed stages under the same terms as Scroll and VCs in projects that have undergone in-depth verification by Scroll's web3 ecosystem expertise and VCs' market insights. PARAGON Open supports investment in early-stage projects in an innovative way. We utilize NFT-based sale agreements to enable investment in projects that have not yet undergone a Token Generation Event.


Investors participate in the initial investment rounds of promising projects through PARAGON Open and acquire Sale Agreement in NFTs, unique digital assets representing their investment. These NFTs serve as on-chain proof of the investor's stake and represent the right to exchange for the project's tokens according to promised vesting schedules once the tokens are issued.

Beyond a simple Launchpad, PARAGON will build a vibrant secondary market where these early-stage sale agreement NFTs can be traded, providing essential liquidity to investors.
